Clickety Click are experienced in a range of events coverage from University Fancy Dress Pub Crawl’s to Charity Fundraising Events. We can offer a range of services to best suit your event:

Balls and Parties

Clickety Click offers two standard Event Photography options:

Option 1 - Fixed rate per guest

One of our photographers will set up a “studio area” with a background and lights to take pictures of your guests in a formal setting. Meanwhile a second photographer will be circulating around your event taking candid photos of your guests, the venue and the “goings-on” to capture the spirit of the event!

For this option we charge per guest and each guest will receive one free 10 x 8 mounted print. Reprints and copies of the other photos will be available for your guests to purchase through our website.

Prices for this option are as follows:

Up to 50 guests £5/guest
50-100 guests £4.50/guest
100-200 guests £4.00/guest
200+ guests £4.00/guest

This is most suitable for Balls and large formal parties.

Option 2 - Flat hourly rate with inclusive digital images

This package allows you to budget easily for your coverage. The hourly rate per photographer is £50 for the first hour and then £25 for each subsequent hour, included in that you would receive a minimum of 25 images per hour. If more images are taken you will also receive those – so for a four hour event you are guaranteed at least 100 images.

There is of course a third option a completely bespoke photography package that can be arranged with Clickety Click

Option 3 - Completely Bespoke Package

This is bespoke package and will be quoted for on an event by event basis – it can include:

Formal photography
Candid shots
Photographs of your venue
Publicity shots for use in advertising, websites etc.
Images available for sale to attendants

Prices for this option are quoted on an individual basis, the final quote will vary depending on image format required and number of images requested.

This is suitable for most events.

If you cannot see a package to suit you here please give us a ring to discuss your needs and budget and we will do our best to put together a suitable package for your event.

NB – if children are present at the event the online album will be password protected – you will then be provided with a password to give to your guests so that they may access they album.

We can also provide an on-call service – so if your photographer lets you down at the last minute give us a call and we’ll do our best to be with you as soon as possible!
